• Flat Rate Express shipping cost is $15 for orders under $1,000, including GST.
• FREE SHIPPING on orders above or equal to $1,000 including GST.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days for orders placed before 1:00 pm AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
