Returns Policy

Warranty:

Unless stated otherwise, Mobiles Warehouse products come with a minimum 12-month warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturer faults and defects except product misuse.

Please refer to the list below for a complete list of exclusions.

Sometimes, it might be easier to contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting support. However, we're here to help with any warranty inquiries. Please don't hesitate to email us at info@mobileswarehouse.com.au with your purchase details, description, and photos of the fault. We'll handle the rest, ensuring your peace of mind.

Exclusions:

Warranty does not apply to any damage caused in the following circumstances:

  • Damage is caused by nature or acts of God, such as lightning strikes, cyclones, and the like.
  • Negligent or incorrect use of the product.
  • Commercial use of the product.
  • Unauthorised modifications to any part of the product.
  • Damage caused by the use of non-manufacturer-approved products.
  • Damage is caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, liquid, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.
  • Damage is caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by the manufacturer’s instructions or by improper voltage or power supply.
  • Damage caused by servicing of the product (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who the manufacturer does not authorise to perform such services
  • Damage caused by natural wear and tear.

Your Rights:

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced, provided that the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day change of mind return policy, allowing you to request a return for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount as follows:

For small, single items under 1kg with free shipping, a $10.70 charge will be deducted.

The return postage cost will be deducted for other free shipping orders based on the item’s weight and dimensions.

Eligibility for a Change of Mind Return:

The product must be unused and in brand-new condition, with its original packaging intact.

  • If the packaging has been opened:
  • Products over $100 will receive an 80% refund.
  • Products under $100 will be refunded minus $20.
  • The item must be returned in its original sales packaging.
  • Items returned in damaged or non-original condition may be rejected or subject to further deductions.


Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using Registered Post with tracking and insurance, as we cannot assist with lost return shipments.

Faulty or Defective Returns:

If your item develops a fault or defect within 30 days of receiving it, we provide an expedited exchange or replacement.

Eligibility for a Faulty or Defective Return:

  • The product must be free from physical or liquid damage and include its original packaging and accessories.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days, along with:
  • Purchase details
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect
  • Any manufacturer case ID (if applicable)
  • We will cover return postage costs.
  • Dead on Arrival, Incorrect, or Damaged in Transit Returns
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we offer an expedited exchange or replacement.

Eligibility for a Dead on Arrival or Incorrect Item Return:

  • The product must be free from physical or liquid damage and include its original packaging and accessories.
  • The return must be initiated within 1 day of receiving the order, including:
  • Purchase details
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • We will cover return postage costs.

Manufacturer Warranty:

Manufacturer warranty details are available on our Warranty Page. Our return policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which ensures that goods come with non-excludable guarantees.

Exclusions:

Our 30-day change-of-mind return policy applies only to personal purchases and does not cover commercial use. Purchases of three or more units of the same item in a single transaction will be considered for business use and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
